Grant Writing Service Fees:
1. By Hourly Rate. Our per hour rate range from $25-50/hour. This option is available for grant funding
searches, grant research, and consultation.
2. By Project. Our projects include the aforementioned services including grant proposal review, grant
proposal development, and proposal evaluation. The range from $250-$1000.
3. Retainer. Our retainer agreements range from $800-$1500. We are available to conduct grant
source research, alert you to grant opportunities, prepare proposals, and provide ongoing advice and
consultation. The retainer is due at the start of each month and there is a three-month minimum.
***There is a 30% deposit due before the start of each working relationship. Fees can vary depending on
the complexity of the proposal, the length of time we have to complete the assignment, and the type of
grant being applied for (federal, corporate, foundation). Organization's whose operating budgets are under
25k receive 20% on all services.
